Keep residential sidewalk frontage, corner lots, entrances, and windrows clear in North York, Scarborough, and Markham. Sidewalk service can be paired with private walkways, stairs, and driveway clearing.
Municipal responsibilities and current rules can vary by address, property type, and municipality. Check the applicable guidance for your home. The service does not provide legal advice or certify compliance, avoid fines, or assume that public frontage, private walkway, steps, and driveway are all included.
Where a seasonal package is approved, its agreement may specify a 2 cm trigger and an estimated 4–6 or 6–10 hour window after snowfall ends, subject to winter conditions, conditions, access, and exclusions.
See walkway and stair shoveling for private access or driveway clearing for the street apron. Request a quote and use the secure payment link when it is provided.
