2026–2027 seasonal snow removal pricing is published for standard residential properties on local areas in North York, Scarborough, and Markham. Address eligibility and qualifying visit terms are confirmed in the service quote and current service agreement.
Approved standard seasonal packages use the trigger and selected completion window stated in the current service terms. Severe or prolonged conditions, road safety, and access exclusions can affect timing.
For a 1-Car Garage, the 6–10 hour option is $95 monthly, $550 standard full-season, or $467.50 sale prepay; the 4–6 hour option is $105 monthly, $600 standard full-season, or $510 sale prepay. For a 2-Car Garage, the 6–10 hour option is $110 monthly, $650 standard full-season, or $550 sale prepay; the 4–6 hour option is $125 monthly, $725 standard full-season, or $615 sale prepay. The Labour Day prepay sale ends September 30, 2026.
