Residential service is available in North York, Markham, and Scarborough. We do not currently serve outside those areas.
The published seasonal period runs from November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027.
Seasonal service uses a 2 cm accumulation trigger. The selected response window begins after snowfall ends.
Standard seasonal packages use either a 4–6 hour or 6–10 hour completion window after snowfall ends, subject to conditions, access, and winter conditions.
For 6–10 hours, 1-Car is $495 prepaid or $95 monthly, and 2-Car is $585 prepaid or $110 monthly. For 4–6 hours, 1-Car is $540 prepaid or $105 monthly, and 2-Car is $650 prepaid or $125 monthly. Prices are before tax; the Thanksgiving discount applies to seasonal prepay through October 31, 2026.
Yes. One-time starting options are $60 for 1-Car Garage, $70 for 2-Car Garage, and $80 for My Property Is Different, before HST. Request a quote with your property details.

No. Because we have had several fraudulent cheques, we do not accept cheque payments. After your quote, payment is made through the secure Stripe payment link sent by email.
Yes. You may cancel before November 1, 2026 for a full refund. Beginning November 1, seasonal contracts cannot be cancelled and do not receive prorated refunds.
