By using The Blizzard Wizard website or residential snow removal services, you agree to these terms. Services may include seasonal driveway and walkway clearing, snow plowing, shoveling, sidewalk clearing, de-icing, and emergency snow removal in North York, Markham, and Scarborough.
Approved bookings are governed by the applicable current service agreement. Seasonal trigger, completion window, qualifying visits, and storm or access exclusions are the terms stated in that agreement. Customers should provide accurate access information, keep approved service areas free of vehicles and obstacles where possible, mark fragile property, and communicate access restrictions.
Payment terms depend on the selected service and all prices are in Canadian dollars plus applicable tax. Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the applicable service agreement. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence; limitations and exclusions described in the full terms apply.
