Plow Driver

Operate a plow-equipped vehicle and help keep residential routes moving during Toronto-area snow events. Drive assigned residential routes, clear approved driveways, and communicate changing conditions to the winter crew.

What you’ll do

• Operate a plow-equipped vehicle safely during snow events.
• Clear assigned residential driveways and approved access areas.
• Complete route checks and communicate changing conditions.
• Follow service timing, safety, and property-access instructions.

What we’re looking for

• A valid Ontario driver’s licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
• Safe winter-driving habits and reliable snow-event availability.
• Previous plowing, landscaping, delivery, construction, or route work is an asset.
• Clear communication, punctuality, and respect for residential properties.
